Need ideas to decorate the backside of older suspended kitchen cabinet. We're getting ready to sell soon. No major changes. Just think the rug looks outdated. Help.

    Quick change: Take the rug down and otherwise declutter. Trust that buyers will see how easily they can remodel kitchen.

    Bigger change: Do what many/most other people have and demolish that hanging cabinet. No need to replace, just patch ceiling and wall and paint. Your kitchen will look 300% bigger and brighter (and sadly have less storage).
