My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Floor stain color

Please could you share floor stain brand and color you used to get these gorgeous floors. Is there a water based poly on floors.

    Hi there, no worries. The poly was Bona Naturale - extra matte. We bleached the floor before applying stain. We used 75% Dura Seal Country White and 25% Dura Seal Ebony mix for the stain color. Thanks for checking out our photos!

    For the poly was Bona Naturale used or Bona Traffic HD? I looked at Bona products and only Traffic HD comes in Extra Matte, Naturale only comes in Matte. Can you please clarify?

    Hi Bloom! Sorry I forgot to write you back. This was Naturale Commercial Matte...my mistake on the post. Naturale also has a very natural feel to it...almost a bit textured. We love it. Holds up really well also.
