Google for pictures of mealybugs and see if they match, though when juvenile they don't look like much. If they are mealies you want to act fast.

It can be hard to photograph small bugs, but if you can please do.

If there are only a few, start with a qtip soaked in rubbing alcohol, it should instantly kill them.

You'll probably find recommendations about spraying with diluted alcohol and/or soap mixtures. If you do try anything with soap make sure you use actual soap and not detergent (dish stuff like dawn is detergent not soap - note the word "soap" is probably not on the label). Use either "insecticidal soap" for horticultural purposes like that sold by safer or others, or REAL soap like castile or other kind that is actual soap [dr. broners peppermint, for example, but there are plenty of others as well].

Detergent CAN be somewhat effective - and many swear by using "dawn" - but it can also be detrimental and I wouldn't spray it on my plants.
