My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      You need a min. of 42" for a single person working in that space and at least 48" for two people working in the space. We have 48".

      It was their existing oak floor with a new finish. I provided a sample of the stain and the flooring company custom matched it. It has a low sheen top coat.

      The main kitchen area is Cambria quartz and the island is concrete with glass. The backsplash is from Oceanside and is a combination of stone and glass.
