    While these are very green in the picture, do the stalks turn yellow after a period of time as the plant matures? Also do you know how tall these get?

    These are about 10 years old. They stay green unless they die off which we remove. Yellowing can be a sign of over watering. These will get up to 60' tall but you can also get the same variety that will stop at 12-16'.

    Can you share which nursery these were purchased from ? The property was listed to be in Houston - are these available in Texas?

    Sorry, I don't know of any nurseries in you area, but this bamboo is pretty common and your contractor should have no problem getting it. Thanks!
