Phragmipedium Eric Young is a cross of longifolium besseae. My Eric Young is coming out more orange than others I have seen. Additionally the dorsal petals are maintaining a twist. It is a lovely plant with a strong growth habit. The best benefit it that it holds multiple blooms at once! Clearly, I need to go out of town more often.
