Too warm to winter sow?

Man. I'm scratching my head over here. I'm enjoying playing in the dirt before it rains, tho. Woot! But I'm looking to winter sow a bunch of native and perennial flowers and a few herbs and well .. just a whole buncha stuff.

Amaranth
Hyacinth Beans
Gobs of Perennial flowahs (coneflower, blanket flower, marigold .. e.g.)
Dill and Parsley

Just a few ...

Our soil temps are reaching the low 50s during the day. We're supposed to get wet with the upcoming storms, but not really anything serious on the forecast for the 7 days out.

What's your experience?
