Help sick phal orchids

I have one orchid with a fungal infection? I think. It has two green leaves. Not sure if it will pull through or not. My other orchid had black on the part where it joined the crown. I have isolated the sick orchid to prevent the infection from spreading, but I am not sure how or if I can treat it.

(Just ignore the other stuff in the background)

Is there a drain hole in that pot and what material is it planted in? Looks like it may be overwatered.

No I don't think so, just a ceramic pot with the plastic container that phal orchids come in. I think it is planted in sphagnum moss.

I have better luck with pine or fir bark, but I know others use sphagnum moss. How do you water it and how often? Have you looked at the roots?

You need to lift the plastic pot out of the ceramic pot right away. It is not draining. I overwater in moss so I repot mine into phal bark I buy at Lowes. They are doing well and look happy.
