My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Those lights EXACTLY are the ones at Lamps Plus. We just bought that fixture AND the single version of those to go over the area where we sit in individual chairs. They are called Natural Mica Collection 42" Wide Island Chandelier
    Style # 10828

      No we haven't, this kitchen was done in 2005 so clearly that lighting design is now being reproduced. Like many original things they get copied.

      I am from Turkey and they make beautiful things for a amazing price so I am sure you did not get "taken for a ride'! I love the 6 lights on this one, and the lanterns look bigger than the Lamps Plus version. Stunning!

      I had these custom made for this client. I designed it and had my cabinet makers liaise with my wrought iron manufacturer, You could do the same with your designer.
