Clay window color

We are building a house and I've chosen clay window color but found out the brick I want is discontinued. The windows are ordered and now I don't know what to do about the brick and stone. I'm wanting a dark roof as to not show the shingles when they age and streak the roof. Please help! Here is our house plan.
