Is this scale?

Whatever this is it's eating in circles. The underside of leaf/circle has a bump. I treated plant with BATS and sprayed leaves with alcohol, hope that takes care of it. Any advice or suggestions will be appreciated. My first time seeing a pattern in leaf damage.

It looks like the leaf is about to start rotting and die. Hopefully its just the one leaf.

Doesn't look like it from here, they're oblong, not round like those marks.

Looks more like a fungus or bacterial infection.

Thought something was eating it. One branch on a vine several leaves, I think I'll cut that branch off. Roots look great and I stopped misting it after fungus was mentioned. Should I do anything else?
