Hi, We purchased a 2nd home (new construction) last year in June. We came to stay at the place over the winter break and noticed that the shower pan in the master bath was made of fiberglass. It was supposed to be a marble shower pan as per the contract. Since both the fiberglass and marble are white, we hadn't noticed it before.

We have been finding a number of inconsistencies and this is the latest one. I wanted to ask if we had any legal recourse in this situation as getting this replaced would be time consuming and involve a lot of work. It is not so much about the money than it is about the integrity of the builder who developed the property. Could you please let us know of your opinion on this matter,
