Brilliant way to hide toilet!

I was curious what are the dimensions along the wall with the shower? Basically, the length of the shower and the width of the space for the toilet. I already have plans to create a master bathroom but seeing this design makes me want to mimic what you have done if I have enough room.

The width for the toilet is 34" and the length of the shower is 68". The depth of the wall with the shower controls is 42".
