My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Value?

On average how much value do you think this would add to a home? We have a room about this size off the master bedroom that we are thinking about buying awesome cabinetry like in.

It's difficult to say how much value a custom closet system adds to a home. Realtors have told me that custom storage systems are a definite selling point. Many of our customers that purchase homes comment that they wish the builder had installed something more than wire shelving or a pole and shelf. There is no doubt that you will appreciate the organization a custom closet system will provide and at some point will add value to the resale of your home.
