Need help with a small conservatory

How can I conceal unattractive PVC walls in my conservatory? Room is 15ft x 7ft. Grey tiled floor - used mainly as a dining room - but might use as a garden room.

    You have two posts??? Ok, I would take advantage of the grid pattern and decoupage botanical prints inside the squares.
