Washingtonia filifera x robusta, not brahea armata.

I agree the ones in backround are.But this palm is icey blue in appearance when it is cold out.Silvery looking in summer heat.Brahea armata var.clara maybe?

I think there used to be a Washingtonia robusta there and they replaced it with a hybrid that has a lot of W. filifera in it. W. filifera will often have a grayish or silvery appearance due to the waxy coating on the leaves. You can rub the leaves and the stuff feels like powdered talc.

Hey stevea07.Thanks for input.So u lived here?I still don't think it is any kind of washingtonia.I need to get a day shot of it.Does not have big razor teeth at all.

Not likely a Brahea armata would ever even get close to that size in that climate
