I think you don't need to assemble. They deliver complete structure.

Hi Steve! That looks like a pretty awesome way to work from home! Wow, I do not care for that first picture...too "stripe-y!" I'm assuming you've checked your county and city codes to make sure you're allowed to put this kind of structure on your property? Do you have an HOA to deal with? May I ask where you live? You mentioned "VAT," so I'm thinking not in the U.S.? I'm not sure what sorts of thoughts or suggestions you're looking for, but I would say that I think it's a great idea for a backyard office, as long as it's legal and you can afford it. It's nice that it comes on a truck all assembled. Do you have the necessary space and have it all leveled and ready to go? I'd put it on a cement slab if I were you, unless you're planning for it to be very temporary. Will they do the work of hooking up electricity and water? I hope this is at least somewhat helpful. :-)

I don't know if you're still monitoring this site, but I'll just add that 10,000 pounds (sorry, can't find the symbol on this computer and my iPad's broken) is about $14,500 USD, and if that's inclusive of delivery and set-up, that strikes me as a pretty reasonable price. Of course, that's based on my knowledge of US markets, so YMMV. Have a great day! :-)
