Potting Soil at Dollar Tree

Has any one tried the Dollar Tree potting soil? The brand is Gro-Well, made up of compost & crushed lava rock, as stated on the package.
I'm so excited for the seeds of herbs and peas Alaska, Little Marvel, Sugar Snap to start my outdoor garden now. :D
