Hello Houzz Users, I am having some trouble with a newly installed pop up downdraft. It seems to get caught on the rubber lip but only on one side? If I apply a light pressure the downdraft raises easier? I am wondering if it is installed incorrectly or if there is an easy adjustment I could do, or if this is a normal occurrence with pop up downdrafts? Thank you for any suggestions!
