My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Found some extra hardware (appliance pulls)

We finished our kitchen a few years ago but I just came across some gorgeous appliance pulls that I purchased in New Zealand when I couldn't make up my mind which ones to use. We used a matching set on our fridge and freezer and one on the dishwasher.
You can see my photos here: http://finishedkitchens.blogspot.com/2008/12/loves2cook4sixs-kitchen.html
Anyway, these are the paired pulls I have left and I will sell them at $200 per pair or $120 each
