My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The fireplace is a hand-built true masonry firebox and masonry flue system. The mason was Eddie Trevinio of Zephyr Masonry in Austin, Texas. It was actually a partial remnant of the previous original fireplace. I will have to find the source for the gas flame system for you.

The gas flame system came from Anthony's Patio, 5604 Bee Caves Rd., Austin, Texas.
