It all depends on what the security settings of the person you are trying to contact is.

I tried to PM about 20 random people here and on the main Houzz site. I didn't see the message tab for any of them. Does this mean they aren't set to receive pm from everyone?

I don't know what is going on, I am having the same problem. Something has changed because I had no problem finding the link to send messages, now I can't find it. I am using an Ipad. I think I will try it on another computer. Are you using a PC or something else?

I'm using the Houzz app from my cell, but using the desktop way doesn't work for me either.

There is something wrong. I just viewed my public profile and the message button is gone even though I have the "allow anyone to message me" checked. Maybe Houzz is doing some kind of maintenance on the site

On my tablet using the browser, I see it. I pm'd mentha and stush. The message box may not be visible from the houzz app using a mobile device. Idk...
