If you have any windows at all, I'd consider Fittonias, which can do well near the edge of a window. Nice foliage, can be small green leaves w/ white veining, also comes in larger leaves w/ white or sometimes pink veining. Needs frequent pinching & makes a nice ground cover-like layer.

Your options will likely extremely limited .... maybe even nonexistent.

Where exactly do you plan on locating the case? Right in front of a (N,E,S, or W facing) window? (And if so, is the window obstructed at all by trees, buildings, shades, et cetera?). In a corner 10 ft into the room? ........

Haworthia and gasteria are perfect for low light terrariums. These succulents add texture, remain compact and are easy to maintain.

No, sorry, as we just explained in another thread, Succulents are not appropriate candidates for terrarium. The high humidity, lack of drainage & air circulation are likely to combine to encourage root rot.

There are many other more appropriate lower light plants than these.

Not necessarily, Homeagination. Depends on just how "low" the light levels are. Also, as has been mentioned, succs do not make good terr candidates.
