Houzz should have a category for REALTORs. We are often the first professionals that work with clients to help them see the possibilities in a property! I am an agent, but also a designer and a re-habber. REALTORs are often the professionals that MOST support property values in an area by encouraging maintenance, upgrading, rehabbing and rehabilitating. Please consider including REALTORs as the "Local Pros" that we are!
