Where is the kitchen in relation to this photo? Are the doors on the far wall front entry way doors or are they to a patio? What kind of flooring will you be using?

So I don't have your dimensions but I guessed using this program. The white squares are your posts. The balcony doors at the top. I added an electric ( or gas or propane) fireplace on the left wall. You don't have to have an area rug but it will help define the sitting area. I put a console table behind the sofa. I added a large plant/tree in the corner to help fill in the space.A lovely chandelier hanging over your dining table would be perfect. This set up does give you access to the table from the kitchen. I tried putting the table up in the right corner ( near the plant) but it looked awkward. Measure your furniture to make sure they will fit !
