I'm trying to maximize the use of space but still keep a stylish, functional, comfortable, charming space. The building is essentially an old hotel that is converted into studio apts. and here is where I want to get completely creative and incorporate a portable washer and dryer. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to have an elevated or loft like bed to begin but that's as far as I've gotten. I'm a 45 yo guy that is having to downsize a bit to get back on my feet financially after some medical issues are now resolving. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
