How close can an outlet be to a range. Specifically Blue Star 36", outlet would be on summer side (left) if that matters. Right now to meet code the only spot I have is literally butted up to the stainless steel backsplash area. There is a window next to the range. I would rather not make the window smaller. I fear that this outlet would melt.
