My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A cute little Epi from Central America. I grow it warm but it will grow anywhere. The last photo shows the typical way SBOE grows their plants. The seedling goes into a 2" square with rock and then advances into empty, slightly larger pots. It never gets repotted.
