I would suggest a dwarf Orinoco or Califrornia Gold. Most think these 2 bananas are the same plant with the CG being possibly a little more cold hardy. The pseudostems grow to 6 to 8 feet. The leaves make them a little taller. They fruit well in a container.

Logees sells a banana called Dwarf Lady Finger. The fruit is small and yellow when ripe. Does that answer your question?

I am not looking for landscape one. I want to have real fruiting variety. I am not sure logees plant will fruit or not. I have one truly tiny banana for few years. It never fruited. On websites they say it fruits.

Dwarf Lady Finger fruits and is edible. It is a real fruiting variety.
