Hello! I just stumbled on a great offer for the Fissler Solea 9 item set (5 pots and 4 lids).
I must say I'm in love with the concept of the lids because I find myself doing the "Hot drippy lid" dance quite often (you know, the one where you have to set down a lid that's hot and dripping and no place seems appropriate). Here is a picture for those not familiar with the Solea.
Also, I must admit I find them absolutely beautiful!
Does anyone have this line and can comment on the utility? I was also looking at the Demeyere Atlantis line but I'm not really willing to spend that much on pots (it's about double the price of the Fissler Solea set here) so I only got the Proline pan. If you have tested both lines...which one have you (or would you) picked?
Thank you!
