My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ordering a specific pattern

Hi, it says that one can order a specific pattern by indicating its number, but I'm not seeing where to specify that.

      Yes, I saw the picture with the numbers. What i'm not seeing is where to enter the number when I order the product...

      I hate to be such a pain but now the cup has now disappeared altogether. It doesn't show in your store's list of items anymore and if I try to order it from my bookmarked products, the "order" button is grayed out.

      Sorry for so many issues, perhaps this is because we just added the variations and Houzz is still auditing it. Please come back to check again in few hours and we will also contact Houzz to see what is the problem. Also, could you please let me know which option you would like to buy? Because we do not have all of the five options in stock, just to confirm the one you like is in stock.

      I like 1, 2, 4 and 5, although I cannot see the difference between 1 and 5 on the photo. I don't personally like 3 (but that's just me). Which ones do you have in stock?
