It is called Annie Sloan's Chalk Paint and I have seen it a Lowes or Home Depot.

It's a beautiful set. I would wait until it is place to decide about painting.

Before you do chalk paint, read some of the Houzz comments on it. Caveat Emptor. Nice look for now and for the past several years, but....

Also, dining sets can be super bargains on Craigslist (if you are willing to go that route) or estate sales. A lot of people downsizing get rid of them. The question is, do you like the style of it? Does it have sentimental value?

Can all the host/ hostess chairs be pulled out without bumping the wall? I kind of like the table as is, assuming the wood is in good condition.

I like how the table fills the room. Table does in this photo also. On the blank wall you could create a gallery wall. And I would hang new drapes, taller and wider, on the windows to balance the table.
