Sago Palm Yellowing - HELP?

I am having trouble with one of my sago palms, the inner parts of the leaves are quickly yellowing. After doing some research, I think this might be attributable to a manganese deficiency? I'm a total newbie, so please correct me if I'm wrong! I've only had the plant a couple of months.

Yes that can be it.But looking at your picture I think I see some sign of scale.I could be wrong.I think I see some little white flecks.Make sure you don't have the Asian scale.If you don't then just fertilize.The new flush should come out greener.

Thank you! I think the look of scale is because I had just misted the plant - I think the light was reflecting off of it. I fertilized today! Thanks!
