My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

messages taking detours

Have these happened to you: send a message to another forum member through GW, but the message is not found in your "Sent" folder, or receive a message from another member a few days after it was sent?

Where did they go, Antarctica??

I hope you got my messages, Tawny!
