My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi, I just received the Martano set, and it looks great. However, one chair has a warped leg that is about 1/4-1/2" shorter, and does not sit on the floor. Please see photo. I would like to have a replacement for that piece please.
      Thanks you!

Hi Cindy, first of all we do apologize for this problem chair. We are thinking it was possibly damaged in transit. We will be happy to send you out a replacement chair. For the one that is damaged/defective would it be possible to donate it to someone who could use it?

Thank you so much for your quick response and agreeing to replace the chair. I really appreciate it.
