However, you may need to order early or place a deposit to ensure we have the materials to make 14 trees by that time. We can message you back later and let you know the details should you wish. As for your other questions, we do not have access for pick-up at our location. However, we can offer you a discount on the shipping cost. We would need to check into how much, but it would be at least a moderate savings if 14 trees are ordered. The fronds are shipped in the same box as the trees but are separate from the trees. You would need to insert the fronds into the trees. If you have any other questions in the meantime, please let us know.

Hello Again,

I have some new information. If you wish to receive the 14 trees guaranteed in early April, we would need to receive a 50% deposit by the end of next week. This is because we need to secure the materials for these large trees from our supplier very soon. If we do not have the materials to make 14 trees by March, we would not be able to source the material until after April. This is why we require a deposit.
