Impossible to say for certain but they may be seedlings out of the same flask.Same parents (and grex name, see post below) but each plant slightly different as they bloom. Like your children, all different unless identical twins.

They look pretty similar to me. One seems to have slightly fewer ruffles than the other one. Other than that I am having a hard time seeing the difference.

The ruffles are the only difference. Since no one really cares and since I'll never enter it for judging, I'll think I'll name them both the same.
