My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Hibiscus seeds can be started inside if given light to grow. I usually soak my seeds a,few days in water. Then i plant them in the little jiffy greenhouses with the little expanding peat pods. I have a heat mat that i use to speed up germination. I also use plant lights a few inches over the planting containers. Once they are sprouted in the greenhouse i take them out snd pkant into 4x4 inch pots. Keep damp bot not soggy and give them plenty of light.
