My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need A Sauce for Pasta

SO's boss comes out from Italy one or twice a year, and always bring us a gift from his home town. This time his gift included a pasta, that he says is the best in the world. This is it:

I was hoping the experts here would be kind enough to share a sauce recipe that you think would be perfect for it :)

I do have aged Parmesan, as he always makes sure we have it.

Any suggestions?
