Alcantarea Identification
Hello,
I have many Alcantareas, and sometimes when i harvest grass pups I forget to tag them. This little gem below was hiding in plain sight, it doesn't look like any of my Vinicolors, Purpureas, Silver plums, Rubras, Stokaks and P.Tristram ..I am a bit puzzled and I wonder if it's not one of a kind that just happened to develop from one of the others.
I have not seen an Alcantareas with such colours on the inside, it grows where the others grow, in full sun most of the day. All I know for certain is that it started as a grass pup a few years ago.
