My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need to choose a chandelier

Help! We have a transitional/modern look to our home and I need to find a chandelier that goes over the dining table and will really have a "wow" factor in the room. The first picture below is the view as you walk into our condo, with the living room/dining room/kitchen all in one large space. I want something that's beautiful (I'm leaning towards crystals) but doesn't take away too much from our painting on the brick wall. I was initially thinking of one of these options below, but I wanted advice on whether one of the links below would be great or something totally different? Budget would be $1500 or below. We have 8.5' ceilings.
