Recommend not-too-tall, commonly available, indoor beginner Sans

Hi all,

Perhaps you'd be kind enough to offer a suggestion or two.

My sister is looking for a snake plant that won't be much shorter than say half-a-foot and not much larger than a foot (though I suppose the upper end can be managed).

Besides the "goldilocks" sizing, I'd add it may be better to be on the greener side as the intended window light source isn't the brightest.

Thanks.

PS By lurking here I've learned a lot about the importance of fast draining mixes and avoiding rot, and things like low light or cooler temps may be tolerated but not preferred. So far, my only personal experience has been a mostly green somewhat variegated dwarf that tops out about 4-6" and is doing well, but - especially after seeing the glorious Sans posted here - do look forward to expanding in future.
