Do you know what kind of Hoya it is? Can you post a pic? Some species take a lot of maturity to bloom. Others bloom fairly early. Have you fertilized it at all? A good bloom booster once spring hits can help rev it up to bloom. Use Fertilome rather than MG - it's a better quality fertilizer.

Denise, thanks for your response. Here are some pictures. I've only used MG for fertilizing. I'll try the other you recommended. Sorry they are so big. As I was looking at it this morning I noticed that the pot looks awful. Should I repot it? If so, any special soil. I really love these plants and would like to see it thrive and bloom.

Your Hoya looks really healthy and pretty to me, and I love the fun little "swing" the pot is in. If it's been a couple years since you repotted, you could uproot it, check the rootball, and repot. Go up one size if it's totally root bound, or simply wash off all the old medium and repot in some quality soil. Try to find a porous, fast draining soil as they don't like wet feet, or make you're own by taking 1/3 regular soil and adding 1/3 perlite and 1/3 fine (orchid) bark to it. Give it a couple weeks to recover from it's transplant, and start your blooming fertilizer regime. Voila!

Looks like a pubicalyx to me, probably 'Pink Silver.' It doesn't have a lot of the silver on it, but many clones don't. 'PS' is a stingy bloomer for me. It grows like mad, looks amazing, but when it does bloom (and it doesn't bloom every year), I never get a lot of blooms from it. There's nothing to suggest where you live, but I would say put it outside in the summer - put it in a super-shady spot, under a tree or a covered porch where it will only get some dappled sun or just a couple hours of sun a day (ideally east - south and west is pretty intense). My only faithful bloomer of my pubicalyx varieties is one that goes out on my front porch in summer. All the others are a bit stingy. Do use the bloom booster at half strength, starting in about a month and in every watering through the summer. I think you'll get results.
