How about an accent wall with a patterened wallpaper? I'm sure you could find something that would be able to pull in the navy from your furniture as well as the neutral peach tone that is on the rest of the walls. And it would warm the room up and provide a nice back drop to the fireplace.

I am going to get rid of the colour it is now.

With navy, you could go many directions. You could go bright, like orange, ererald, lime green or even pink. Or you could go a more subdued version of those - peach, sage, etc. It depends on whether you want formal, casual, fun, whatever.

Or you could go nautical beachy with white and other colors of blue.

Or go dark green with a gentleman's club look. Sorry I hit submit before I neant to...

That was great that Spacialist was able to show the room with different colors. I personally dislike that shade of blue. I was surprised that my favorite was the red. Let us know what you decide.

Try a deep golden color such as benjamine moore FRENCH HORN or if you want to gold even darker and bolder GOLDENHURST

ALSO HANG THE MIRROR RATHER THEN LEANING IT, AND REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF SMALL OBJECTS ON THE FURNITURE AND FIREPLACE MANTLE.

I like the red but what about the other walls? What is that red colour?
