Ditto to what Marco said, they mark it very clearly. Where are your plants now? Did you try calling your local hub to see if you could pick them up there?

Thanks. Apparently the package is in transit from Columbia,SC. It's been in Columbia since 6:30 am yesterday! :-(

The poor plants have been in transit since Monday. It was shipped "priority 2 day service. Looks like I may not get it until tomorrow (if I'm lucky) and the post offices are closed on Monday for President's day.

Maybe this order was not meant to be. UGH!!!!!

Don't forget how hardy they are. I sent a friend a box of Hoyas, they were lost for two weeks and then returned to me. Every.single.one of them was alive, a little worse for the wear but you'd never know it now looking at them. Don't give up hope!

Well I know you said they used a heat pack, but then again, when one orders in the dead of winter -- stuff happens. (I try hard not to freak out about stuff which is entirely outside my control.)

Given their reputation, the prospects aren't bad.

I'm sorry, Monica. I'd be freaking out too. The Priority Mail is so hit or miss. And sometimes, they don't even update the tracking. But if worst comes worst, the package is insured, so maybe they can claim the loss. BUT, I'm still optimistic that your plants will be OK. Keep us posted. Hoping for the best!!

I had an order from Gardinos take over 10 days to come through no fault of theirs.

It was the PO who sent it to New Hampshire, then they couldn't find it for a while.

The plants were all okay and have done well and it was pretty cold at the time.

They do package very well.

I have only lost one plant, a Pink Dragon, to cold in shipping. It was weird as the other plants in that order are all fine. This order was not from Gardinos by the way.

Hooray!! The package is in Raleigh (finally). Should be delivered to my house this afternoon. :-).

I'll post pics of the plants later. Hoping they're all okay.

That's great Monica. I bet the plants will be just fine. They really are hearty little buggers despite their reputation of being so difficult. Everyone who answered you about Gardino's shipping is correct, they pack very well !
