Window treatment suggestions needed

Trying to decide on what panels to add. My fabric is a textured linen look similar to paint color. Don't want too formal. Frame with simple panel each side or four panels total in between Windows? One long rod? Iron rod simple finials?

    Agree with above. You would lose a lot of light with four panels, and you have room on the ends for nice fullness.
