it was custom built by the contractor. it uses a laticrete 9235 waterproofing membrane over concrete board and a plywood structure.

this was built using traditional 2 x 4 wood framing. then cladding the structure with a layer of plywood, followed by a layer of concrete board. the laticrete 9235 waterproofing membrane with reinforcing fleece goes on top of that, followed by the tile
