My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I was wondering about the art, as well. However, I know that the Audubon online hi-res image gallery has lovely swan images for free that you can have printed at a commercial printer, in your choice of size, for less than $20 usually. You might check that out as an option.
