Hi everyone and anyone who can help! I'm a very novice gardener and never owned a lyrata before. Bought this guy in the sos section of our nursery, the salesman said it would come good if I potted him up with a smaller, healthier lyrata and gave him fertiliser. Then the guy that loves gardening at my apartment block cut back all the discoloured leaves and cut back the bare stems. Almost every single leaf fell off! Then, I had some new growth but now they're falling again and to make matters worse the healthier younger plant is now getting discolouration too. It's summer here in Sydney and we've been having 35 c days - think that's about 95 - 100 degrees F - I've been watering him every 5 - 7 days and gave him a soil conditioner and liquid fertiliser. Any help on how to save him would be so appreciated
