What are you using this room for? Family room, children's play room? My first impression is that there is not enough storage. A coffee table with built in storage would be handy. As far as the sofas go I would slip cover them in a fabric you like, hint, a print will hide stains. That way you can remove them for washing. If custom slip covers are too pricey, and they can be, you can get ready made ones for a reasonable price. A table for playing board games, cards or putting together puzzles, if your family goes for that entertainment. Form follows function so find out how the room will be used before you make changes.
